While inelegant to look at, this code is definitely not compiled as I wrote it in a few hours.  It takes a database of mosaics and creates a huge PRJ file to be loaded into GeoExpress.  Because GeoExpress requires you to name each SID, change the settings on it, and load the TIFs that make up the SID, there are multiple places where human error is likely.  When you are creating hundreds of SIDs, you are likely to make mistakes.  This takes out the human error and also completes the work much faster than if a human were to process it.  I have not used it that much, but when I have, it has likely saved hours, if not days, of work.
